This archival reissue is part of our collaboration with renowned musician and songwriter Chris Stapleton. A long-time friend of our brand, Chris puts Filson bags and jackets to good use when he tours. The Traveller collection is named after his highly acclaimed 2015 album. The Outfitter Bag is an archival Filson classic, and one of Chris’s favorites, so we brought it back to life in this limited release.

This high-capacity bag features fabric, zipper, and leather colors chosen by Chris. The grab handle and zipper reinforcements are upgraded with heavy-duty harness leather that’s vegetable-tanned in Pennsylvania by the legendary Wickett & Craig. This special leather has tallow and waxes infused into it during the time-intensive tanning process, yielding a superior, supple leather that only gets better with age.
